By creating an account or using the Watch Already Alexa skill, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Watch Already.

The service

Watch Already provides movie recommendations based on your watchlist, viewing history, and preferences. It is available via the web at justwatchalready.com and via the Amazon Alexa skill "Watch Already". We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not share your account or use Watch Already on behalf of others without their consent. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with Watch Already's systems. You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Recommendations

Movie recommendations are generated algorithmically and may use AI. We make no guarantee that recommendations will match your taste, that suggested movies will be available on your streaming services, or that streaming availability information is current.

Disclaimer of warranties

Watch Already is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Watch Already and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@justwatchalready.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Watch Already after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
